If you wish to cancel an order, kindly contact us within 24 hours of placing it. 

We reserve the right to refuse the cancellation of any orders. 

Please note that a cancellation charge of 5% is applicable on all cancellation requests. 

A change of schedule will be provided, if accepted, will be processed for the next schedule. If that is not accepted, a refund will be processed.

If your request for cancellation is approved, we will process your refund through the same payment method used by you to place your order. 

Refunds may take up to 3 - 7 additional business days to reflect in your bank account from the date of initiating it. 

During offer periods, cancellation policies are at our discretion.
